Stone Cross Mansion, Ulverston, Cumbria

A client of mine purchased a magnificent 150-year-old grade II listed building in Ulverston, Cumbria called Stone Cross Mansion.

Ulverston is a fine market town in the centre of the Furness peninsula, with old buildings and a labyrinth of cobbled streets, and is the start of the 70 mile Cumbrian Way. It is the birthplace of Stan Laurel, and home to the world’s only Laurel and Hardy Museum.

Stone Cross Mansion was used in the Second World War before being converted into a school, offices and then abandoned. Now fully restored by Charles Church, Stone Cross Mansion has recently been converted into 19 apartments.

The intention is to turn these beautiful apartments into short term holidays let’s. Therefore, my task was to create a strong brand identity from scratch and produce a website for them to get bookings asap.
