The Walsall Housing Group management team wanted to do something different to engage their colleagues at their 2019 annual conference. The challenge was to bring all their 700 colleagues together under one roof for the first time. The executives wanted to be able to talk collectively to all of their staff, while delivering a unique team building experiences that would inspire and motivate. The event theme was ‘The Greatest Show’. 

Our task was to develop the conference brand identity, conceptually theme 5 breakout areas with unique team building activities, design the presentation, and audio visuals, including animations.
