whg ‘Respect Campaign’

Produced at Banana Kick, Leeds

Whg tasked us with creating a new campaign to help all colleagues be treated with respect. The aim of the campaign is to remind customers that they are an organisation that practices kindness, discourages acts of violence and aggression and that ultimately, they are there to help, and are doing their best.

We helped from the initial creative development, right through to asset creation, print, and production. My approach was to create a design that showcased powerful messaging and emotive photography.

To deliver an impactful campaign, we called upon whg’s very own colleagues and their children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews to feature on the material. The photoshoot saw a fun family day, with the families helping to support a great new initiative.

2020 was kicked off with the launch of this emotive campaign, set to make people think differently about how they speak and treat each other.

The campaign was rolled out across multiple platforms, from digital and printed campaign materials displayed in whg’s head office to high-rise blocks and across social media.
